Charles Rumsey ( 1879-1922) "Old Virginian" is one of the sculptors best works, depicting a horseman hunting with his hounds. It measures 16.5 x 21.5 x 6.5 " cast in bronze. Originally cast in 1917 and exhibited at the Beaux Arts Center in Paris France. Charles Rumsey works are enjoyed by millions in some of the most prestigious museums in the world, The Metropolitan Museum of Art NYC, Museum of Modern Art NYC, Beaux Arts Center Paris France and the Cody Museum of Art Wyoming. Lynda Anderson has represented the estate of Charles Rumsey since 1992.
